Meanwhile, Farmbox Co exclusively offers top-grade, premium produce, ensuring you not only receive the freshest and most flavourful fruits and vegetables but also that they last longer.
What makes your produce last longer than others?
Unlike many services that store produce for an extended period, we source our produce on a weekly basis. This ensures that you always receive the freshest items available. Because we only order what we need and never need to store anything, our produce typically lasts 2-3x longer than what you'd find elsewhere. It's all part of our commitment to delivering only the best to our customers.
Where is the produce sourced from?
Each and every item in our store is carefully sourced directly from trusted farmers, local producers, or premium wholesalers. While our primary focus is on supporting Victorian farmers, certain climate or weather conditions may sometimes require us to extend our reach interstate.
Rest assured, regardless of origin, all produce meets our uncompromising standards for premium quality.

Which day of the week do you deliver?
We deliver every Wednesday and some suburbs on Thursdays.
Our weekly cut-off time is Monday 12PM so if you order after this time, your order will be delivered the following week.
What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
No worries at all! Our refrigerated courier service ensures your produce stays fresh and will securely place your order in a designated safe spot. You'll receive a Proof of Delivery (POD) notification to let you know exactly where your Farmbox has been left. If you have specific delivery preferences, simply include them in the 'Delivery Notes'.
Can I swap or make alterations to the box?
Absolutely, we offer the flexibility you need. If you have specific preferences or need to exclude certain items due to allergies, you can easily add those details in the 'Order Notes' section on the Cart Page. Plus, every item in our pre-arranged boxes is also available individually, allowing you to customise your order to your liking.

For the most current selection in our weekly produce boxes, kindly visit the specific product page of the box that interests you. Additionally, we make it a point to keep our customers in the loop—sending out a weekly update so you're always well-informed about what delightful fresh produce to expect in your upcoming delivery.
Can I order items separately without a FarmBOX?
Absolutely! While our curated FarmBOX options offer convenience, you're more than welcome to select individual items from our extensive Shop page. No need for a base veggie box to enjoy the farm-fresh quality we deliver.
What is a FarmBOX subscription?
A Farmbox subscription is a great way to ensure that you'll never run out of groceries and gives you back some precious time in your life.
Choose between weekly and fortnightly and feel comfortable knowing that you can modify your subscription, skip deliveries, and cancel anytime.
Opting for a subscription also gives you a permanent 10% discount on all fruit and veggie boxes!
Can I pause / cancel a subscription at any time?
Absolutely! We understand that you may want to take a break from time to time, especially if you're ever going away on holidays. That's why we make it super easy to skip, pause and cancel your subsription.
Simply log into the portal here or send an email with your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take care of it for you.
Can I cancel or change my upcoming order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified until the weekly cut-off time on Mondays at 12PM. After that, we're unable to make changes as we begin sourcing and preparing your fresh produce.
Do you use eco-friendy packaging?
Farmbox Co strives to become Victoria's most sustainable greengrocer and we pride ourselves on:
- Investing in quality cardboard from VISY made of 99% recycled materials
- Using thicker cardboard boxes that keep the heat out and cool in
- Avoiding ice packs, which are known to cause environmental problems when disposed of at landfills
- Using zero unnecessary plastics in all boxes
