How does a FarmBOX Subscription work?

1. Choose which products you'd like to receive every one or two weeks.
2. Click add to cart and order provide your delivery and billing details.
3. Complete your order so that your subscription account is activated.
4. You will then have access to your own Subscription Portal.
5. You can modify your subscription, skip deliveries and cancel any time.

Where is the produce sourced from?

Our produce and groceries are sourced directly from either an Aussie farmer, producer or wholesaler based in the Gippsland region of Victoria.

Can I swap or make alterations to the box?

All of our boxes are packed in bulk every Wednesday and as a small family-run operation we currently don't have the resources to allow for alterations. Having pre-determined produce also puts less pressure on our growers and allows them to harvest only what's in season.

What is a FarmBOX subscription?

A FarmBOX subscription allows you to create a weekly or fortnightly recurring order that you can set-and-forget and manage at your own convenience.

Opting for a subscription not only gives you a permanent 10% discount on all of our produce boxes but also helps to secure our growers’ supply chains by allowing us to provide more accurate expectations of how much produce needs to be harvested every week.

You can also include any add-on items in your subscription and make any alterations you'd like by 8PM Tuesday so that we can start packing your box on Wednesday and deliver to you on Thursday.
