"We come from humble beginnings 15+ years ago, cooking preserves in a Paynesville backyard to a now established, boutique-refined, family business set on acreage with an ever-growing orchard in East Gippsland. We are well known in the region for jams, chutneys and sauces with true flavours using the highest of quality, locally sourced fruit and vegetables whenever possible. Our products are gluten-free with no additives or sneaky preservatives. We let the ingredients speak for themselves.
With the love of using local ingredients, there is a little bit of East Gippsland in every jar. We are a hands-on, family-based business and all products are made on our farm. (not in an off-site commercial factory) We are constantly developing new recipes to satisfy our cravings as well as our customers. We take perfecting our flavours seriously, producing our small batch jars of bliss and giving them the attention they deserve."
